Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Seasons Pass is quite fond of colorful things. He spends his days stashing items that encompass all the colors of the rainbow and then using them to decorate his sleeping area in the cave. This tendency arises from the fact that he was born during autumn, the most colorful time of year. When he hatched and saw all the colorful leaves on the trees, he was dazzled by the wide range of colors. In an attempt to keep the spirit of autumn with him throughout all of the year, he decorates his area in the bright colors of fall. During all other seasons, Seasons Pass spends his days in his corner of the cave dreaming and hoping for the coming of fall, but when fall does come he spends all his free time outside. One of his favorite things to do is to build a pile of leaves and jump in them. Although this is like the actions of a hatchling, he can't help feeling childish joy at the coming of fall. This childish tendencies may stem from the strange fact there is a frozen hatchling in his lineage.
