Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It’s small, but already likes to play-fight.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Sugar Glider is a sweet-tempered and playful hatchling, but it can get aggressive around other Tri-Horn Wyverns, baby and adult alike. It likes to puff out its chest and make itself look much bigger than it really is, hoping to frighten those who gaze upon it. Predictably, it has the opposite effect on most dragons, who find the behavior highly amusing. Sugar Glider cannot fly, so it jumps and flaps its arms in the hope that someday, it will take off.
