Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Beri has always felt like he has to act to be accepted in society, putting on a stupid smile and laughing his way through yet another day of pain and heartache. Having been betrayed before, he fears telling anyone how he really feels, in the fear that he will be left alone with nobody to talk to. Again. Sometimes he feels guilty about the persona he takes on, and wonders if anyone can see the cracks in it, but the endless fear of being alone pushes him to points he never dreamed he would go. As a hatchling he prided himself on his honesty, and his morales which he would never compromise, but nowadays he just feels like a fake and a fraud, a pretty face which hides an ugly soul. His desperation to be liked leaves him putting on a different appearance for whomever he talks too, and with every day he is torn between hope that someone will discover this and help him, and the endless fear on being alone. He can't be alone. Can't.
