Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Believes is a honey collector of the Guild of Sustenance Enthusiasts. Honey is very important to the Guild. There are dangerous paths and areas of strong magic in the forest where the honey is found, and she's the only member able and willing to do this job. She finds snakes, bugs, and other critters on her list and gathers their honey in jars to bring back to the Guild. She wasn't taught as a child that all these animals can make honey and that it's taken from their teeth and behinds, but life is full of surprises! Believes learned about the Guild of Sustenance Enthusiasts soon after she moved into town. A dragon she knew a decade earlier followed her from her homeland and kept trying to arrange dates in cozy alleys even though she repeatedly said no. She met Big Jen one day, who offered to make him go away for good in exchange for one month's work. To her delight, the Guild kept the promise; she never saw him again. When her contract was up, she chose to become a full-time member.
