Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Aiolos Cyr, 42nd named of the clan. In the aftermath of the same storm that brought mighty Quezacotl, Aiolos' egg was also discovered in the receding floodwaters. The Elders of the Cyr, already discomfited by the presence of the thunder, pleaded with Lady Nerruse to send the new gray away. She did not, and thus Aiolos joined the clan. The other dragons resent his presence, but he deflects their anger with ease. He is not nearly as violent as Storm, and soon put his clanmates at ease. His magic is not as strong as his gray sister, a fact that does not bother him at all, though he is quick to show his ire in the presence of stronger dragons.
