Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tora, a beautiful dragon with intricate silver scales descended from the Thuweds, is calm and graceful. She is strong, honorable, lucky, faithful, hopeful, happy, and truthful. These qualities make her well-loved in 5ilence's cave, and she is one of its greatest defenders. She gathers treasure, but shares it among her clanmates, only keeping seven huge and wondrous gems for herself- a diamond, an emerald, a lapis, a topaz, an opal, a ruby, and an amethyst. She wears these gems in her scales always, and never lets them out of her sight.
