Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Chotonei is proud to be the first Sunsong actually born in Natasha's Cave. The daughter of two hard-working Sunsong parents, Chotonei has had a happy childhood, and thrives on challenge as an adult. Because of her many accomplishments, the cave leader (Minty Trotter) gave her a special challenge that he had forbid from all other females in the cave: she was allowed to 'flirt' with Maro Kaguya, the only Black Marrow of the cave. Disgusted and weirded out at being given permission to 'flirt', Chotonei immediately declined the job.

However, as time went on, she did began talking to Maro, simply to be his friend, and she realized that he was quite lonely, treated as an outcast by many.

It wasn't long until they fell in love, and the two became permanent, inseparable mates, who vowed to live and die with each other. Chotonei has never been happier.
