Galvanic Wyverns possess a strength that seems impossibly vast for their size. They achieve this through their unique ability to extract magic in its purest form directly from mana. They then channel this energy throughout their bodies via the metallic conduits along their spines, wings, and tail tips, giving them their magically-augmented physical prowess, as well as the magical dexterity to lay devastating spells. However, once they have depleted a mana crystal, they are left vulnerable until they are able to harvest another.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

It's a great achievement by Megrez's caretakers that he's a healthy adult, and he remains small, even by galvanic wyvern standards. Thanks to the family ties of the reluctant deathseer solstice at Tcem Den, they at least know what breed he is. All of Megrez's neighbors are the shy sort, so they're unsettled by how he would fly out to draw humans' attention just because he can, though he knows not to disclose the location of his home. The only thing he fears is eggs, which is irrational, but telling him that isn't going to make him not fear eggs. One egg is fine. Two eggs are fine. But as the number of eggs in one place increases, Megrez grows more uneasy. When he encountered a pyramid of egg cartons at a market, he saw the eggs swarm out, form a fat wall, and suffocate him. Observers had no idea why this dragon was hunched over, grimacing and... crying, and they didn't have long to wonder before a starsinger swooped down, took him, and took off. He never went to that town again.
