Galvanic Wyverns possess a strength that seems impossibly vast for their size. They achieve this through their unique ability to extract magic in its purest form directly from mana. They then channel this energy throughout their bodies via the metallic conduits along their spines, wings, and tail tips, giving them their magically-augmented physical prowess, as well as the magical dexterity to lay devastating spells. However, once they have depleted a mana crystal, they are left vulnerable until they are able to harvest another.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Modulator is the "rules guy" of the Fund Pub, an establishment that anyone of any species can enter and lie down with a drink so long as 1. they are legally allowed to imbibe, and 2. they have the mental capacity to understand and follow the rules. There are a small number of basic rules, but they are spelled out in detail on a scroll in the hallway leading to the beer garden. There are lots of specifics, so guests understand what exactly they aren't allowed to do, if they want to know. And Modulator is the dragon at Fund Pub who enforces them and oversees discussions about changing them, using his power to prevent people from getting rowdy during these discussions. That's why he's called Modulator! (No one's informed him that perhaps the word he's looking for is "Moderator".)
