Despite their great size and strength, Celestial Dragons are a peaceful breed named for their spectral, starry appearance. Little else is known about them, as they spend the vast majority of their lives partially phased out of the plane of existence through the use of powerful magic. Celestial Dragons are thought to assume their corporeal form only long enough to reproduce or to die; the rest of the time, they resemble living, breathing constellations, impervious to all physical and magical harm.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Celestial Event's cave is filled with water balloons. Visitors count at least 75 of them stuffed in the tunnels and in the three rooms. It's so tight in some places that a visitor must teleport to reach each room rather than squeeze through, while Celestial Event simply walks through them. One has to wonder how long it took this guy to acquire so many balloons; his siblings say that he stole many of the bladders and intestines from humans' meat stores, but most are actually from animals he caught himself. As for the reason they're there, Celestial Event says that the balloons are a form of security against theft: fire and arrows and bolts can only pop one or two per shot, and the water in the popped balloons is also useful for putting out possible fires and distracting enemies and thieves. He also just likes having balloons in his cave.
