Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

X Tatr was destined to be a potato. She considers the tuber (as well as the strangulation of socks) to be a symbol of one of the demigods of Valkemare—one of the few who were granted the power to allow souls to flourish within dragons. She is one of the few dragons in Nworset City who goes out of her way to visit the blacktip priestess tj3 and honor the god she follows—unsurprising, since both follow deities of the same pantheon. Tatr honors both, knowing that no matter how great her goddess—one known for her ability to strangle puppets made from socks—becomes, without the god known only as 'TJ' all of Valkemare will be in peril.

For the solstice every year, Tatr flies south to another dragon who was blessed by her goddess. Veeolas is neither a sock nor a potato, but her verse was once quoted and honored by the Strangler Herself. Tatr loves poetry anyways; although despite her best efforts at publicizing the majority of Nworset dragons do not share Tatr's appreciation of verse.
