Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Kirk always wondered where he got his name. When he asked his owner, Helix, about this, she replied it was from a show called Star Trek. Fascinated, Kirk asked his owner if she could let him watch it. He got his wish and has been hooked ever since! As a result, he wants to be an astronaut, and is trying to build a spaceship (which is rather hard, considering all he has is wings and a tail).

Apart from the space addiction, Kirk has some more down-to-Earth hobbies. He obviously likes to swim and be in the water, but he also enjoys playing on the beach and trying to steal ice-cream out of Helix's fridge. He is described as a happy-go-lucky dragon that always believes everything will turn out alright.
