Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It hatched with fins instead of legs and did not seem to react well to freshwater, so you relocated it to the nearest ocean.

Its dorsal fin has grown larger, and it rarely surfaces anymore. It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This Deep sea dragon, like many others, spend most of his time in the darkest depths of the ocean. He has a bio-luminescent dorsal spine that serves to attract prey and communicate with their own kind, but Tusab uses it in different ways.  He uses it to attract helpers.  He takes the talents of other water type dragons to help him hunt because he is so small.  He rarely leaves the ocean floor even when he gets hungry because his lights make smaller fish follow him so when other dragons come close, he "bribes" them to do the dirty work.  Tusab only comes slightly close to find other dragons to help him and he still never leaves the darkness he calls a home.  Sometimes he hunts with his father Manekko in the depths.
