Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Nalisyn is the daughter of Niscieri and Seneran, the Magi Lords. She is a powerful magic user, and is very interested in mathematics. She has always been one of Numorair's favorite pupils because of their shared interest. Nalisyn is particularly dedicated to theorems, and Numorairs discoveries awe her. The two of them work together to create formulas for areas of shapes, volumes, and more. Nalisyn also is confident that a fourth dimension exists, as proven mathematically: a point has one terminal point, and is 0-D. A line has two, and is 1-D. A square has four, and is 2-D. A cube has 8, and is 3-D. Therefore, there is another shape, with sixteen terminal points, and stretching into a fourth dimension, in a direction we never look and cannot comprehend. This earns her strange looks from many dragons, but it is a firm belief in the power of mathematics.

Nalisyn also enjoys hunting large animals and working in the sun.
