Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has two heads and loves to hunt minnows.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

This little dragon is intensely envious of creatures who can travel on land. How unfair that they are free to walk around while All Dressed Up is stuck in her lake, unable to climb out and eat them. Every week, while dining on her latest fish catch, she thinks about all the delicious land animals living in the wide, wide world that she's missing out on. The other baikala dragons will hear none of her woes and just tell her to be happy with what she has. Perhaps she can obtain a minion to bring things to her, a hatchling living at the lakeside who's easy to convince.
