Kohraki Dragons silently stalk their prey, concealed within the thick, rolling fog that blankets autumn forests. They prey on the lost and unwary, luring them close by mimicking familiar voices and sounds before swallowing them whole, leaving no trace behind. Bustling, warm villages have been left silent and cold after particularly foggy nights, their inhabitants having fallen prey to swarms of Kohraki Dragons. After, these dragons disappear as quickly as they come, leaving behind only unease and footprints.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

DJ Vizzy's favourite song is "You are My Sunshine" because even though it's a human's song, the sentiment expressed in the chorus resonates with her. She can often be heard crooning, "You'll never know, dear, how much I love you..." Of course the human she's singing to won't know. Once she's eaten her favourite kind of food, it becomes quite thoroughly dead. There have been a few exceptions, when those she's eaten have come back as ghosts, but for the most part it's hard to appreciate love while dead.
