Dorsal Dragons are so named because they have large fins along their backs that can be raised and lowered at will. They use these fins to regulate body temperature; they raise them to cool off when they become overheated. The bright colors on the fins double as a means of attracting mates.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
As a young adult, Stolen decided that his method of dealing with people he doesn't like is by killing them. Make them die! After a period of forced introspection at the high-security Sierra Penitentiary, he realized that killing other dragons and even humans for petty reasons isn't nice. He should not do such a thing, even if he disagrees that "I don't like them" is a petty reason. After rehabilitation and training, Stolen landed a job in insurance, as an assistant. His boss in the accounting department lounges on her own heap of gold, and he would also like to be that rich one day. His energy is now spent ensuring everyone in the network pays up, and it brings him joy to wring every last drop of wealth out of payees, especially those with whom he holds a grudge. Instead of turning to violence like before, Stolen deals with people he doesn't like by billing them. Make them cry! Though they don't like his attitude, law enforcement is just happy that he has something constructive to do.
