Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Uoa can usually be found patrolling her forest home, a dense mess of trees so thick with the sounds of life that distinguishing the sound of the nearby ocean is nearly impossible. It's very easy to get lost in, especially for the non-magically-inclined, and anything bigger than a greater spotted drake cannot fly because the forest is too dense. Uoa, always wanting to be useful to someone—anyone—sends daydreams to people who look lost, giving them visions of the way out and of various obstacles they might meet. Most humans who know of Uoa's forest don't realize there's a draconic guide within helping them out. Many tell tales of evil or mischievous "things" grasping the minds of the unwary and causing them to hallucinate terrible things; if travelers find their way out after walking through, it means the forest respects their sense of direction and has left them alone.
