Valentine eggs are only seen once a year. Adults’ mating seasons are very short, usually spanning a few weeks in the mid-to-late winter. These dragons were once reputed to be omens of good luck in love.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Due to her nearsightedness and worsening cataracts, Self-Care uses a bit of air magic to get a sense of what and where things are, usually by wafting surrounding smells over to her. Sometimes, she'll whoosh the item of interest where she can reach it physically, but she tries not to do that too often because there's usually good reason for something to stay put. Also, one of her wind spirals once turned up a corpse, which, granted, was a good thing and reopened a generation-old cold case, but she'd rather not make that kind of shriek again. Self-Care has a job of sorts where she goes to all some major locations in town to make them smell nice. She doesn't have to, but she enjoys it and gets presents from various dragons for visiting. Some individuals, such as the scroll repository manager and the southwestern gatekeeper, enjoy Self-Care's pleasant presence and pay her handsomely for merely stepping foot in their buildings.
