Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Maiblum is a very gentle soul who loves all things social, quiet and peaceful. He is deeply in love with Taoc Frostbite, an ice dragon. He adores her very much and enjoys chatting with her. However, as Taoc's body is of icy temperatures, Maiblum is used to having bad colds and sneezing fits regularly until Natal Elementcrown took pity on him and knitted Maiblum a lovely warm blanket. Since then, he is much warmer and healthier and hopefully soon also more willing to have an offspring with the love of his life.
