Equinox Dragons are a highly vocal, migratory breed, easy to find when they are traveling through an area and incredibly scarce otherwise. They are extremely skilled at following dates and times based off the movement of the sun and the moons, and follow their lengthy migration routes like clockwork. Large flocks of Equinoxes can darken the skies, and their calls, which sound like eerie flutes, can be heard from a great distance. Equinoxes are very social, and hatchlings are cared for communally by the entire group—it’s rare to see a solitary Equinox, and any stragglers who don’t have a flock will often attempt to join groups of other breeds of dragon.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Phase Spots likes visiting and sniffing flowers, and whenever his group is traveling and he sees an attractive cluster of blooms from the air, he always pleads with the others around him to let him drop down and look at them. Fortunately, when he promises he's just going to be down there a minute or less, he means it. When he heads back up in the sky, it doesn't take long for him to catch up, and sometimes, the flock is large enough that he's just at the back of it rather than trailing behind. Only once has Phase Spots put himself in danger with his flower-visiting excursions, when the "flowers" turned out to be a group of organisms or one enormous one that mimicked flowers and attempted to snag and eat him. When he escaped and joined up with his group, nobody noticed anything unusual had happened.
