Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Nobody's parents are perfect. But the combination of a very self-absorbed father who doesn't care about anybody else than himself and a mother who never has time for anything, just lying down and bugs.. Somber Wasp believes that her parents are the worst of all. She never was really looked after, or cared about. She had seen her father only twice, and it was nearly impossible to talk to her mother who was always busy with eating insects. Despite that, Somber Wasp never really was an outsider—she got along quite well with other hatchlings and still enjoys flights with her friends, which is unusual for her species—she has promised to herself that she will never be like her lazy mother. Now that Somber has grown up, she's actively looking for a mate that would make a perfect father. She does not want to see any hatchlings unloved, so Somber Wasp looks after every stray hatchling.
