Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Octilion'Zaokaell considers himself a Lord, an assassin, highly attractive and the most skilled in the world of passionate hobbies. Anything he intends to do, will be done to perfection or not done at all. If he sees no point in a situation he will blatantly ignore it as the arrogant and alluring creature he is. His form is in fact a fine example of a purebred black, keeping his scales glistening, and frame taught. Though he comes from a species of more than himself, he denies being their kin. He is equal to none, and will gladly flay the flesh from any that dare question it. He desires ultimate obedience from all he sees below him, and those that submit to his will are spared his wrath. Only to a small and select number in his female followers does he go by the name "Kaell".
