Falconiform Wyverns are normally shy creatures. However, when approached, they often feel threatened, and the flames along their bodies leap higher. Females tend to be smaller than males, though Falconiform Wyverns are typically rather large overall. They use their size to their advantage by hunting smaller dragons. The Falconiform’s graceful, swooping dives are said to resemble birds of prey. Falconiforms are largely solitary dragons that only meet in order to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Snood Cane dabbles in magic and is the regional master of the two spells To Color Peach and Shattering Thing. He's exceptionally good at turning things peach and making things shatter. He occasionally shows off by using the latter spell during a hunt and the former right after. He dislikes the sight of blood, especially when it's everywhere, but it's much more attractive when turned into a pleasant pale orange-pink hue. Snood Cane is still said to merely "dabble" in magic because those two spells are the only ones he will learn. Everything else offends his aesthetics. He doesn't know a flick of fire magic despite his breed's elemental affinity to it, or he refuses to do any even when placed in great danger or social situation.
