Golden Wyverns are known for their beautiful metallic scales and rumored magical abilities. Living high in the mountains, these dragons do not believe in killing for sport or pleasure. They will hunt only when hungry and defend themselves when provoked, but will avoid killing to the best of their abilities. Golden Wyverns often mingle with other dragons of similar color and take pride in their shimmering hide.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Bored about the life at her small pack, Gold Cascade decided to embark on a journey in search of adventures. The journey was long and perilous, and she traveled far from home, marveling at each wonder she came across. The scorching desert with its white sands, the vast, endless oceans of undrinkable water, the prairie where horse dragons hunted in large herds, the gentle giants, the terraes, peacefully feeding in the forests. Everything was new and everything was wonderful and magical. Gold had decided she would journey forever.
Until she met a certain male wyvern by the name of Starwish. When she told him of her discoveries he appeared visibly interested, but proceeded to explain why the deserts were so cold after dusk, how to follow the stars to navigate and why the sea water was dangerous to drink. Gold Cascade was so fascinated by his explanations she decided to stay a few days, so she could learn a bit more. Days became years, and Gold is now a member of the pack.
