Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Amable is an easily-angered dragon. He can be conversing civilly with a human one second, then destroying them the next for no obvious reason. Even simply seeing a particularly ugly creature or being bored cause him to go mad with growling, spluttering fury. This inner bloodlust has decimated the black-rock canyon in which he lives, and now there are nothing but charred stumps where once there were trees. Downriver, a shipping village suffers from flash floods whenever he brings rains, and grasses and herbaceous plants flower afterwards. Amable hunts creatures that are a challenge (or as much of a challenge as anything can be against a psychopathic, lightning-flinging storm dragon), so the area around him is free of dinosaurs, big game, and other dragons. Part of him longs for an opponent that can somehow drive the rage out of him by defeat, but no such being has ever challenged him or entered his territory.
