Finally, after much feeding, the baby has grown into a full Dino! Dinos can eat almost anything, including things with spikes. In order to do so, they must have very tough stomachs.

Evo may only be a mere Corporal in the Dino Army, but he has big plans. One day, he promises himself, he will rise to be the Leader of the Army, and transform the Dino Army from the laughingstock of the cave into an organized and skilled fighting force. For now though, he simply bows his head and carries on with the pointless parading that the Leader insists that they do. Evo always wanted to be a guard, but he was ineligible to join the cave guards, so when he heard about the Dino Army he signed up in a heartbeat. But the Dino Army does little but parade back and forth, and Evo longs to be helping the cave and protecting his home, not puffing out his chest and expecting praise. The Army may take up most of his time, but every night Evo spends hours training himself how to fight like the elite dragons of the Guard do.
