Geode Dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Crystal Nuria was found by the human Ember when she was searching for geodes in a rock bed. Upon seeing the egg, Ember knew it was no geode, and brought it to her home in the tallest mountain of Elgar. Crystal grew up to have the most beautiful blue, white, and purple crystals in her wings, and though they were useless for flight, they were the envy of all the other dragons raised by Ember. However, Crystal was never a proud dragon, and spent more of her time looking for geodes in rock beds than admiring her own splendid wings.  When Ember's friend and dragon nurturer Flight came to visit with her horse dragon Curyn, Crystal would play with him. Curyn and Crystal became close friends, although Curyn always won the races they so often did because of Crystal's heavy wings and rock-like scales. Crystal still lives on the highest mountain of Elgar, in the rock bed were her egg was first found by her good friend and caretaker Ember.
