Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Silver females eat meat only when a male dragon brings it to them as part of courtship, though they are typically highly-independent. They possess an almost magical aura that lights up any place they are in, and are looked upon with awe by humans and animals alike.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Bog Iron is rather stocky for a serpentine silver and is boisterous and energetic, but she takes her work seriously. She excels at reading the atmosphere she's in, so her loudness only comes out when everyone else is cheery; otherwise, she puts on a super serious face. Bog Iron likes sugar-coated fruit, but she enjoys making them for others more than eating them. Her favorite number is 192. She's never explained why, and the number preference seems to have rubbed onto her husband.
