Ultraviolet Dragons are a heat-loving breed that are most commonly found in hot, arid environments. These hardy dragons are omnivorous and will eat both plant and animal matter, even species with thorny physical defenses such as cacti. They are generally peaceful and often quite friendly, but males will become aggressive and cantankerous during the breeding season. Intense fights take place over females, sometimes resulting in injury for both combatants.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Hoedus seems to act like it's breeding season every season. Pushy, overactive, and rude, Hoedus has this sense that he can't get anything done unless he's shouting at somebody. It isn't always something mean necessarily, he just happens to say everything in a loud, bombastic roar. Though not necessarily violent, Hoedus does enjoy a good tussle and will typically turn to other tough dragons for a bout. In especially intense brawls, he can get a little too rough and end up seriously injuring opponents or bystanders if they happen to be too close. So, most try to stay the ever loving heck out of his way and avoid him at all costs. Hoedus, either through ignorance or denial, doesn't seem to notice. He seems to be under the impression that he's just too cool for anyone to approach openly. And, no, that doesn't make a lick of sense, but it's what he believes. If that wasn't enough of an indication, Hoedus is a bit self-centered. He isn't greedy or narcissistic, just kind of full of himself.
