Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sherrias lives in a city entirely of dracons, in the northwest. Not to be confused with Sherinas, Sherrias loves archaic texts (primarily magical ones), solitude, and blueberries, and is allergic to mint. The two dragons hate each other because people keep getting their names confused. They also share a secret crush on Rivvsca but are too shy to approach him.

Sherrias dislikes gold and jewelry, considering them superfluous and hard on the eyes. She hates gatherings and avoids crowds, and hardly understands the point of holidays—"It's hard to do anything when everyone is goofing off in unison", she says.

Since the Cheese Incident, Sherrias has been trying to figure out how to repeat the spell.
