Lihnseyre Dragons are innately in tune with the souls of creatures around them, informing these dragons of where and what life forms are near. These solitary creatures use this ability to evade others and watch from a distance, staying out of sight or soaring high up in the air. As they have a tendency to “see” and appreciate souls more than the actual wielders of said souls, they are rather detached in terms of emotional and personal connections. Though some tell stories of their anger and sorrow being washed away by these dragons or being freed from weariness, this is not out of inherent goodwill; they simply prefer the feeling of peaceful souls. While hard to anger, a Lihnseyre Dragon, once enraged, will unleash powerful magic to sever the soul tether—the connection between a being’s material body and its extra-planar soul—of the offender and effectively end their life with cold indifference.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

QLVBK, with her "particular kind of magic", can make people "feel better", though the beings who receive her help try not to question the means too much. When somebody burdened by sin confesses it to her, she takes a deep breath as if she were absorbing their statement, her jewels glow for a second, and the visitor suddenly feels a lot better: calmer, more confident, happier. When two individuals with the same topic but different upbringing or community come to QLVBK, only the one who treats the thing as immoral (the one whose soul is tormented) is affected by her magic. If two dragons tell her they killed in battle, only the one wracked with guilt will receive her blessing. If two men tell her they're gay, with one in a loving relationship and surrounded by supporters and the other taught as a child that he'll go to hell for such a crime, only the latter will see QLVBK glow. In the same vein, she can tell when people are lying and will only glare at them for wasting her time.
