Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Parkman was involved in a teleportation accident as a youth and spent close to a century drifting through the Void Between. Every being he met there had a different name for the place, so he just followed the example of some bonneted Rift Wyrms he met when he was 22. It was boring in the Void, but he is good at entertaining himself, and occasionally, fun things would end up there that he could play with, like mana bits, glowing artifacts, and socks. Parkman was recently brought back to Galsreim by a totally different teleportation accident. He doesn't know where in the world he was deposited relative to his homeland, so he had no idea how long he was away and isn't able to tell whether the world changed a lot since he was gone. People are appalled when he tells them about his accidental home in the Void and how long he likely spent there, and most are also surprised he didn't, say, go insane or something. Some nice folks loaned him a room in a cottage in Comer Park to live in.
