Pyralspite dragons are small, swift dragons that can breathe an intensely hot flame. They get their name from their resemblance to and affinity for garnets of the pyralspite family—they hoard such gems, preferring garnets that match their variant, and can tell the type of garnet from how it tastes. The red-violet variant is referred to as Almandine. Almandine Pyralspites are more aggressive than others of the same breed, and are very witty and love to mock or insult their opponents. They inhabit mountainous areas.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Jadeite is very similar to his Almandine brother, Rubellite. Both have a penchant for mischief and enjoy watching drama. Jadeite, however, doesn't just want to be a passive observer. He wants to be right in the middle of the action. Jadeite is a prolific liar and manipulator. If he wants to stir chaos, he will do so with the most expertly crafted sentences that ever met ears. Rubellite is legitimately afraid of him! What Jadeite lacks in physical strength and magical aptitude he makes up for in wordplay. His knack for deception makes him just as strong as his more built sisters. He possesses no sense of loyalty. Very often he will shift blame to Rubellite when he gets in trouble or disappear altogether when things start going south. If it weren't for the fact that his justly father, Kimberly, were constantly away from home, he would've been caught a long time ago.
