Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

From when she was picked up in her egg to when she was about six months old, Jeffr's caretakers argued what to call their baby dragon, Jeffrey or Jeff. After consulting the bones, the Morph Altar, and countless people, they finally settled with "Jeffr". Jeffr loves them, but she always thought they too often prioritized trivial matters over important ones. She was noted to be surly and dismissive as a young child, and looking back, she isn't herself sure what was making her grouchy. Around the time she gained a solid understanding of magic and could consistently cast basic spells, she softened up considerably. Jeffr is a market guard on weekdays and altar sweeper on weekends, and helping her parents come to decisions about things is a daily affair. She likes learning and reading and wonders if she should go to school, but schooling might interfere with her jobs.
