Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Happy Pooper knows a lot of facts and stuff, as a creature that has been around for a very long time. People have assumed that a change avatar would be the life of a party, but really, she's more of a party pooper. She can cite all kinds of laws, past and present, and some in the future, too. She knows how most things will turn out, and she seems to know the perfect thing to say to shut someone's silly idea down no matter how gung-ho they were about it before. She has expressed that she doesn't like being called a party pooper and would rather have a more optimistic title, such as happy pooper. That isn't too much to ask, is it. Because she's obviously still powerful and radiates an almost dangerous amount of magical energy, others tend to heed her wishes. Thus, she is Happy Pooper.
