Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

As a hatchling, Quelled was problematic. She had too much fun starting small fires and attempting to kidnap smaller female dragons, believing that she was supposed to do this to be a proper Red dragon. This came from listening too much to the stories of the Paper dragons in Nadat's cave: Nanao, Jiraiya, and Shakespeare. Eventually Sogyo No Kotowari, the unofficial leader of the cave, sat down with the trouble-making hatchling and explained how the cave functioned best. Quelled listened, thought about it, and slowly began to grow and become more mature. She still loves starting fires, and will happily fake-kidnap any females in the area who wants to play around with her, but now she understands her place in the grand scheme of things and is glad to take that position.
