Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

For some reason, he has been getting a lot of requests to review hair products lately, which, since he doesn't have for of any kind, he doesn't feel he is n a position to review them. Some of the product purveyors are particularly pushy, and he doesn't want to publicly descry them for fear his reputation would unfairly undermine them. If he tries a spell to make him grow hair so he can test the products properly, he might accidentally aggrandise the hair-growth spell, and he wouldn't like that, either. His lack of hair has put him in a bit of a hairy situation.
