Pitfire Dragons are an infernal breed, reveling in the suffering and misery of others. These dragons are not known to be strong magic users, nor are they capable of flight. However, these weaknesses are made up for in the extent of their physical prowess. They have little respect for most other creatures, including members of their own family group; however, those that have fought or fallen in battle against formidable foes are highly revered. They are constantly on the move, always on the hunt for food or a skirmish. The malevolent nature of Pitfires is feared by many, and the damage they leave in their wake is a sure sign for those to be wary. Pitfire activity has been noted to increase as the weather grows colder and the nights grow longer.

When slain by a formidable foe, a Pitfire will revive with a renewed vigor and ferocity. Wreathed in an otherworldly energy that manifests as ghoulish flames, the newly exalted dragon will exhibit dangerous magical abilities and an increased hunger for cruelty.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Suggilate is a citizen of Doboja, where he is a fitness instructor by appointment at Gans Recreation and garbage crusher in the wintertime. He's also one of the dragons who runs the underground fighting ring, which is not illegal, just located underground where the noise and rumbling won't disturb the rest of the city. Despite the reputation of his breed, his scary name, and his habit of setting things aflame if he stands too close to them, Suggilate is not that nasty of a dragon. He chortles and dances after trouncing an opponent in the ring, but he hasn't hurt anyone further. The prevailing rumor in Doboja is that he had the viciousness beaten out of him when he was small. The Eyes of Doboja have watched him for years and found nothing suspicious. They argued about removing him from their priority list, and the final nail in the coffin was a Venturis sighting. Reportedly, the Venturis visited him on one of his outings, and he was seen touching muzzles with it rather than killing it.
