Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Madisynn ("with two N's and a Y, but it's not where you think") enjoys going to parties and perhaps isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, but there's more to her than her ditzy mannerisms suggest. She is unflappable in the face of unusual and dangerous situations that would terrify any other dragon. After a cut-rate wizard sent her through a portal into a fiery Hellish dimension, she spent three days there before making a blood pact with one of its inhabitants, Jake. She had to promise Jake that she would never discuss the terms of this deal with anybody, lest she and every member of her family get a curse placed on them. Despite looking like she was barely aware of the stakes involved in her escape attempt, Madisynn returned to Galsreim unhurt and unfazed. She later befriended a grouchy and serious wizard (a real wizard, not the cut-rate one) without much effort on her part, and they sometimes hang out together.
