It’s an undead baby dragon, produced by a failed magical spell. It probably would be cute if it weren’t partially decayed.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Redead Mintion is a very special Mintion. He is the only Mintion with wings. Had he the ability to grow up, he would also have been the largest Mintion. But he can't grow up. He also can't fly. Most of the Mintions don't even know he exists. His own parents deny his existence. He has been wiped from their progeny. His sister Octorok Mintion doesn't even know that he's her brother.

But he's there. He will always be there. His existence, scarce as it is, has immortalized the growing size of the Mintion family as of October 31. He has his pedigree. That pedigree proves that he's one-hundred percent Mint and one-hundred percent Mintion. And that pedigree is one thing no one will ever take from him. Ever.

Whoever said "until death do us part" forgot about the undead.
