Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Brond lives in his clan's Main Caverns, and works together with Fedge--the Chief of Housing--to organize underground tunnels for building dens. Here Brond uses his strong magics to help detect weaknesses in the stone, guiding workers on where to dig or where more support is needed. Despite being a surface species, this lifestyle has made Brond rather fond of his subterranean life; he usually gets his food from others in return for his work, rather than hunting it himself. His den is deep underground, and he collects magical stones that he finds in the tunnels to trade to stone collectors. While friendly, he doesn't understand socialization too well and his poor speaking skills can accidentally come off as rude.
