Iratus Cantormaris Dragons are a chaotic, malevolent breed of coastal-dwellers. Their annual migrations at the start of spring are among the first indications that winter has ended. They use their haunting calls to lure people with a deep resentment to them in an attempt to slake their hunger for carnage. It is considered a sign of ill luck to hear their calls.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation.
