Falconiform Wyverns are normally shy creatures. However, when approached, they often feel threatened, and the flames along their bodies leap higher. Females tend to be smaller than males, though Falconiform Wyverns are typically rather large overall. They use their size to their advantage by hunting smaller dragons. The Falconiform’s graceful, swooping dives are said to resemble birds of prey. Falconiforms are largely solitary dragons that only meet in order to breed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

"No, my name is not 'The What', my name is 'THE'!" Yet, whenever THE introduces himself, people invariably assume there is an extra "what" or "something" at the end of his name. He hates it. One time, when someone called him "The What", her spat fire into the poor sod's face, and then for a time afterwards he was known as "the Fireball". To his few close friends, he goes by NpTHE, which is short for "Nope, THE" (he doesn't like the comma, so he never uses his full name). He joined some sort of religious cult in the Bleeding Hart Volcanoes because he liked hanging out with n0uwn, one of the few dragons who doesn't have a problem with THE's name. THE doesn't do anything with the cult that involves their religious beliefs, which he never bothered to learn about, nor that prophesy, but he's happy to join in the hunts and such.
