Ice Dragons are fierce predators who hunt using their extremely cold breath. The breath of an ice dragon can freeze its prey solid in seconds. The body of an ice dragon is so cold that icicles will form along its skin no matter the outside temperature.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Hellbound Kingdom is one of many followers of the Ice, Sadistic Chaos, with a goal to bring a rebellion to Aquenee's cave so that it may be under the rule of evil once again. She is intelligent and clever, yet villainous, domineering, and sadistic. Under the current rule of a dragon named Judgement, Kingdom isn't free to do the evil she wishes without consequence. Kingdom is absolutely obsessed with authority, and the death or torture of such. She doesn't care for the little harmless citizens, oh no, she wants to personally bite the throats of kings and queens and noble knights herself. This has resulted in her being an important piece in Chaos's plans for the death of Judgement, as no dragon is as capable of the dirty work as Hellbound Kingdom.
