The Aeria Gloris are an unusual-looking breed. With six glowing eyes, a ring of crystals that orbits around the dragon’s neck, and seven sets of short wings lining their body, these dragons are thought to be related to something primordial, perhaps even alien. Regardless, Aeria Gloris Dragons are graceful and gifted with potent magic that allows them to manipulate space almost instinctively. They have been known to use highly complex teleportation magic on the fly, and while these dragons are not very mobile on the ground, they often take off by using their magic to create a field which temporarily reverses gravity’s hold. Aeria Gloris are usually neither malicious nor benevolent, preferring to mind their own business and wandering as if in search of something.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Blue's mother taught her the joys of being nomadic and simultaneously owning everyplace and having no ownership of anyplace. Being a wanderer still appeals to her, but over time, the notion of having somewhere or something to call hers gained appeal as well. Through a happy accident, she found a horn-shaped bit of land that caught her interest, which she didn't know was under dispute. The two human parties who were disputing it believed the Aeria Gloris Alighting was a sign that a great power was watching them. She ventured to them with a question, and somehow, the horn-shaped land became hers. If only everything was this easy! The human writers and government sorts needed her information, including name, to record ownership, and she didn't have a name since she didn't need one. "Blue" was the first thing that tumbled out of her mind, so her name is Blue now. Maybe in the future, she'll go through the troublesome process to change it to something more interesting.
