This tiny chick is the second-in-command keeper of Me-chan's scroll, there as an explanation for the fact that although this scroll is indeed titled "TallyYoungblood", that does not in any way mean that the scroll owner's name is not Me-chan, nor that her forum name is not Shay-la. Though all she really accomplishes with this hasty explanation is confusing people and dragons even further.
