Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Contiguity knows well that her breed induces fear in many, so in an effort to reduce it, she rented out an apartment in Grape willing to accommodate a dragon like her, and she does a lot of things the human denizens consider ordinary, such as working a job, going to the pub, bringing up inconveniences at town hall meetings, and wearing a bonnet. Barely anybody points a stake or waves holy items at her nowadays. Most people will always be nervous around her, and it's easy to suspect her when a road robbery or assault has occurred near town, but all things considered, her reputation is pretty good. She plays poker at the Sanctioned Establishment every other Tuesday, and even the regulars who were most opposed to her joining them have softened their stance since. Part of it is likely due to her being not very good at poker. She still forgets the order of cards and doesn't take risks. If other players really want to force her hand and make her lose, all they have to do is raise the stakes.
