Waterhorse Dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Sky Blue Bubble (Bubble) is a waterhorse dragon, therefore his occupation is to fish for the herd. As a young hatchling, Bubble would ask the elders of his old herd to tell him stories of  the Guardians of Nature. However, when he started to develop his wings, his herd drove him away in order to keep him from mating with the females of his herd. He survived in the streams that tangle through the forest, and survived mostly on water lilies and the occasional dead fish. One day he swam a little too far into the territory of Rakorta's herd. Rakorta, however had no water dragons in her herd yet, and it has been told that she couldn't drive off the young waterhorse dragon. In reality, Rakorta was probably interested in the water dwelling dragon and decided to let him live in her herd. Bubble grew into a strong fisher and used his skill to impress his future mate, Sun Song of the Dawning Sky (Sunsong).
