Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Corwynt was first dubbed with the name "Thundercloudstorm", representing his magical talents, but soon changed it when the dragons decided to separate into clans. One of the first dragons in the cave, he was blessed to find love with a gorgeous white dragon, who he has remained with to this day. Corwynt does not live in the main cave, preferring to live in a mountain outpost far away in order to scout for any potential danger that might come near the clans, although it is no secret that he prefers the peace and quiet of the mountain to be alone with his mate. Through years of practice Corwynt has become a skilled and quick flier, with a talent for hunting that few could ever hope to replicate. Despite these abilities however, Corwynt prefers to remain neutral, siding not with any clan nor political faction, as all he wants out of his life is to be alone with his beloved mate. So he lives there, undisturbed by all but the occasional traveller passing by, completely content.
